What’s Education for Scholarship program?
EDSP is a Scholarship Program Grant which is offered to the Qualified Dependents of active OWWA Members who are willing to continue a 4 to 5 years Course in any preferred Colleges or Universities The Financial Assistance will be given PHP60,000 per School year, in help to cover Full Tuition Fees and also other Financial Needs. This will be given to the Students on each year up to 4-5 Year Course.
Who can apply for Owwa Scholarship?
- Students of an active OWWA Member or a Sibling of a Single or Married but Childless active OWWA Member
- Single,
- Students not more than 21 year old,
- Students with Grade 12,
- GWA of 80% or its equivalent,
- Students must submit acadimic of Grades 9,10 and 11 in any of the following Official Documentary Forms,
- Form 137, Form 138 or a Transcript of Records.
Documents Requirements:

- OFW Passport ID,
- 2×2 ID Pictures,
- PSA- Philippine Statistics Authority Birth Certificate or LCR – Local Civil Registrar
- Form 138, Form 137, TOR – Transcript of Records,
- CENOMAR – Certificate of No Marriage (Those who are single OFW Dependent or Applicant is the sibling)
- For Married OFW But Childless – OFW Declaration of No Child Dependent.
