Job Description For a Manager:

Manager Need to Frequently Talking to the customers to improve their Good Experience and Satisfaction with McDonalds Experience.
Should have a Good Behaviors and Basic people minimums like (Uniform, Schedules Etc).
Must have a Basic Knowledge of Pre – Shift and Shift Planing Tools to Ensure everything goes Well Maintained.
Must look over the Employee and Good Behaviour with Customers who are Visiting the McDonals.
He should be Ensures all the Safety Procedures and Cash Handling Policies are up to the mark.

What are the Qualification Required?

He/She Must have a 5 Years of Working Experiences.
He/She Must be a Graduate of a 4 Year Course.
